We are a local, family owned business looking for an administrative assistant for our window covering business. This person will work on one specific account and also assist with our core business as needed. This position will also provide support to the sales and installation staff. Previous administrative experience strongly recommended.
- Schedule appointments, both sales calls and scheduling installations
- Answer phones
- Maintain calendar for sales staff and installers
- Check-in products and keep an accurate inventory
- Place orders for product
- Provide excellent customer service
- General office maintenance duties
- Proficient with MS Office
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- 2 or 4 year degree strongly recommended but not required
